In CC 7 there is something called CCT intrinsic. As far as I can understand from the NTP this is something that can be configured to automatically start an application when an incoming Voice Contact is answered on the CCAD. This is configured in the "CCADInstrinsicSettings.xml" file.

Have you tried this and get it working? How do you distribute this file to the agents PCs (CCAD)?

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes it must be possible to start an application when a call arrive on CCAD like in the NTP.
I test it in AACC6 (same config and feature as in CC7) but have no success.
I open a case by Nortel/Avaya and the answer is :
"only supported in SIP". The NTP will be modified. My test was in an AML config.
But Avaya answer that this feature will be inculde in 2011 in AACC 6.1.1 or 6.2.

Regards
