Hi All,
I have CCT 6.0 in which i m using Refclient.
I am Having 480 CCT MAC Based licenses.
ISSUE : -
While accessing the RefClient i am getting below error,
The NCCT Server could not obtain a communication Control Toolkit License.
At our Center only 200 agent are loggin into refclient at a time which is less then my CCT 480 Licenses.
The following are the NCCT Error logs i am getting
1)com.nortelnetworks.portal.cmf.core.exception.ObjectUnavailableException: Object no longer exists:
AddressBaseImpl :: getLatestAddressVersion : Could not get lastest version of Address [efa8a8ac-4ebf-4154-8151-6ec9e684b707] Type [OutOfProviderAddress]

CAUSE: Setting contact state failed: State=Invalid

2)AgentTerminal "Line 248.0.4.30" is not mapped to any enabled addresses in the CCT Database. The terminal will not be added to the CMF.

During this issue Restart of services and Server both done but still gives same error.
This issue get automatically resolved after 4 to 5 hours.
Kindly suggest!!!
I have raised case with nortel techies but still waiting for the permanent solution.
