CCSA - CSD calling a phanthom that is DCFW wont work!

I have a number(3333) on a phanthom DCFW'd to an 8xx number for a reporting system for the villa or hotel rooms status.

I have set up the class (sometime ago) CCSA - CSI (when checked in) and CCSD when checked out. Of course they can call this on-site number when they are checked in - but i just found out when the room is checked out you cannot call my 3333 number!

Any ideas???

Change the Class of service when the room is checked out to a setting that will allow calls to internal extensions.
