CCS Templates: How to examples?

I would like to create some CSS templates but don't have enough experience with CSS to be sure I will do it in the most organized mannor.

Also, I'm sure there must be some tips and techniques that guide what seperates a good CSS template from a poorly designed one.

Can somebody help me by providing some resources by which I can learn the best way to do this?

I have found the most useful place to be

(the w3c the organization that sets the standards for css) and

http://www.richinstyle.com/bugs/table.html

great table showing what works in netscape and ie and what doesn't work that well.

you may get a very good result by utilizing link as
link rel and add SSI
by doing so you control content and style with high flexibility
