CCRS Report Errors with presented and answered calls

Anyone having issues with reports not adding up correctly?
I have a case at one site where Answered calls = 70, abadoned = 9 and presented = 74 as an example. It is worse off in one instance where answered was actually less than presented. Any thoughts or experiences with this by anyone else?

I would interpret that as

4 were presented at the agent set but hung up before being answered.

5 hung up while still in queue (not yet presented to an agent)

i'm getting a similar issue the real time data always has alot more calls than the reports, i've got a BCM400 R4 with latest patches.
