Was this resolved in another thread? I have a customer running CCR and the server they have it on now is failing so I am doing a new install of CCR on a 2008 server running SP2 but, when I get to the end and it should open a web page to create the new administrator logon it goes to the user log on and never prompts me to create the new admin account. Yes I have followed the install guide and this not the first time I have installed CCR.

Thanks for any help.

Are you sure SQL is setup properly?

Maybe the 'old' credentials are still present in the SQL. Can you login as administrator using the 'old' credentials?

Brand new server and brand new SQL install. I did try the old credentials just to try and no good.
This is 8.0 just in case that is of any interest.

Firewall settings correct. Is the CCR server able to conect to the SQL?

Firewall is off and the SQL (express) is on the same server as the CCR and they do talk.
