CCR with 100 IP agents.

I have a closed project with a client, to the following configuration:

IPO 500
RLS 6.1 or 7.0
ADVANCED SOFTWARE
VM-PRO 36 CHANNEL
CCR LAST VERSION
100 LICENSES FOR AGENTS (WHILE logged in)
30 LICENSES FOR SUPERVISORS
1608 100 IP extensions
30 analog stations
A TOTAL OF 05 E1/T1 - 150 CHANNELS

NETWORK DATA WILL BE USED FOR VOICE (VOICE OF NATIVE VLAN).

ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION (NTPS) provided by Avaya, IPO 500 supports up to 150 agents in RCC, BUT HAVE DISTRIBUTORS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION THAT THE CAPACITY WOULD BE MAXIMUM OF ONLY 30 - 45 AGENTS Simultaneously.

THANK YOU FOR ANY INFORMATION, GIVE ME THAT THEORY.

HUGS

Bearing in mind you can only have 2xVCM 64's in the system giving you 128 VCM channels, you can also add two combo cards giving you another 20 so 148 VCM channels. So unless you have combo cards fitted you could only have 128 calls at once.

CCR can support 150 logged in at once, but be warned CCR will struggle a lot with that agent count and call volume

CM/Aura may be the way to go here :)

HairlessSupportMonkey has good experience with CCR (major sarcasme)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Remembers Avaya's Minimum Specifications are exactly that
for large systems you need to increase them accordingly.

make sure the server PC has a high clock rate (not just lots of cores!) & plenty of ram.

Also recent docs suggest that the IPO should not have more than 4 PRI circuits (Although I have seen more on older firmware without issues) YMMV

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!

I understood, as the VCM channel capacity, and I forgot to mention in the description of the project, we have 128 channels (64 2xVCM).

The conversion from analog to IP world (through the channels VCM), calls will occur only in entrata (E1/T1 trunks).

Furthermore, the internal analog stations, will be for the administration sector, generating little stream links.

My big concern and about the CCR, especiíficamente part of reports and view information online agents in attendance, and also as to the operation of these 100 agents simultaneously in a call queue.

Thank you for listening

Try chronicall if you have doubts.

Don't even consider IPO for 75+ live agents, it is just not good enough. Go for a CM with CCE.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Dear friends, good night.

Come back to this post after a few months to inform everyone that the Avaya IPO 500 is up and running with the following configuration.

7.0 software
4 PRI trunks (E1)
VCM 128 channels (2 x 64 VCM)
Expansion module 16 ports trunks.
100 IP extensions (model 1608-S)
CCR with 10 supervisors
Voicemail PRO 36 active channels.

* The switches (3Com) VLAN are configured with a native voice, using the 1608-unit switch to connect computers to data networks.

The performance is good, to analyze the initial perspectives.
Any new, post here.

Best regards.

Try a monthly report for those agents :)

I dont think there are any doubts the IPO will be OK with your setup, however, the concern is CCR. Come back here in 4-6mths with the same smile on your face about it, and we will eat humble pie. :~/

5 mths,

The system is working as expected.
We have installed 8 PRI/E1 (240 channels), 102 IP extensions, and CCR VoiceMaillPro, running normally.

Release 7.0.

Do you build monthly reports?

BAZINGA!

so does this mean hairlesssupportmonkey will now eat humble pie? Curious minds want to know... :p

funny - every busy CCR site we have done is now converted to Chronicall. Main differences are, 1) Chronicall works. 2) Chronicall is liked by the customer. Not one of them would go back to CCR

Id be very interested to see how quickly those monthly reports actually run.
