CCR Wallboard issues

No stats appearing on the wallboard and I found some interesting past threads where the windows firewall was the issue but no one shares what was wrong and what fixed it [bigsmile]. Can anyone share what happens and the fixes with firewalls as related to CCR wallboards please? Anything else I should check?

Try to open the port 8135 TCP to windows Firewall of CCR server.For Inbound & outbound rules.
 
Customer Wallboard not displaying, then maybe an issue after a reinstall, or upgrade.

Firewall Settings: If the server is running a firewall then traffic on some additional ports may need to be allowed.

Port Description
• TCP 80 User browser access to IP Office Customer Call Reporter.
• TCP 1433 IP Office Customer Call Reporter to SQL access.
• UDP 1434
• TCP 8135 Wallboard access.

The details here cover the addition of those ports for the default Windows firewall.

1. Access the Widows Firewall settings (Start | Control Panel | Windows Firewall).
2. Select the Exceptions tab.
3. Click Add Port....
4. Enter a name to describe the function, for example IPOCCR SQL Access. Set the Port to 1433 and TCP.
5. Repeat the above operation for the other ports required.

This has worked for me.

6. Click OK
