How can I add more CCR trees to my Flash VM. We had 4 trees on our previous system, and that was barley enough. Now we only have 2!!! What do I need to upgrade that? Can I?

Here is a thought:
Instead of wasting all this time and money treating your phone system like it is a science project, why don’t you just call a qualified vendor so that the job gets done correctly the first time.

Just remembered- no vendors in your state.
You are correct- flash has 2 CCR's
You cannot upgrade

YUp, the Flash has only 2 CCR trees... If you need multiple auto attendants, look into a Cinphony with the AA add on. Its not as nice as the CCR tree for the Norstar voicemails... but sometimes it may be good enough.

Get a Call Pilot 100. They have 4 CCR trees and are very pretty inexpensive.

The original STARTALK CCR supports 4 trees and you can probably find a refurb unit for a reasonable cost. And it supports 4 ports/8 channels.

Be careful of matching your KSU firmware version to the proposed NAM/Startalk version if you're considering buying used as older combinations may not be supported. Ie. my NAM3 based Startalk system was not compatible once I needed to upgrade the KSU to 4.1.

It probably could have been upgraded but we'd rather outgrown Startalk.

Just my .02c

I think we have come up with a fairly comprehensive way to bypass the use of CCR's. I sure do wish this FlashVM was upgradeable though. Thanks all for your help.
