CCR Tree Transfer to an external #

On our CCR Tree we would like to have OPT 1 a Transfer Node transfer to an external number, so would I select line (PRI) and then enter a Target Line then put the external number in the Box.

select route, then enter the number as you would dial it from a phone.

OK Thanks and you dont need to put a Route # number in the Box that is Beside Route (000 001 002) that has the line pools associated with them, I have never set one up to call external before . thanks for your help

nope, just route then the number as you dial it. If it doest work still then maybe your voice mail dn's dont have access to the pool that the PRI is in, BLOC A or what ever they are in. but we can cross that bridge if we come to it.
