CCR Tree Submenus

Here is my situation if anyone can help. I have the flash manuals, but could not locate how to create a submenu off of another path.

- AA Greeting: Thank you for calling ____.
- Home Menu / Path 0: Press 1 for Tech Support, Press 2 for PC support, etc...

- Path 1: Xfer to X221.
- Path 2: For Hardware support press 1, For software support press 2.

I need to create that 'submenu' path off of path 2 and cannot figure out how. Can I create a Path 21 for Path 2 option 1, and Path 22 for Path 2 option 2?

Also, How many Home Menu options can you have?

Pls, help if you can... Im a rookie so be gentle pls..

As Pat states. The programming there after is path 2-1, 2-2,2-3 etc. You will be able to record next announcement from path 2 when you choose 'menu' in set up.
