thread1361-1557686
This thread is what I want, the CCR to repeat once it goes thru its menu. IE if the caller does nothing after hours, and just lets the call tree go through its menu, I want it to repeat again, until the caller does punch a number to go somewhere.
I presently have a NORSTAR MICS with Callpilot 7.0,,, after hours, the main line rings and goes into a greeting, "we are close, select from the following" then into my call tree "press one for parts ,,,,etc" at the end of the tree if the caller does nothing it goes into the main mailbox (which I do not want, I want it to repeat the CCR), I have tried the stuff in the referenced tread, no joy. Any ideas?

There is no Call Pilot 7.0. If you have a Call Pilot 3, I believe you can have a menu repeat key, "press 9 to repeat the menu" Do you know how to log into call pilot manager web interface. You'll find it there.

Thank you....my bad, I do have the 8 as the repeat menu key, and it does work ok, but I need the menu to repeat for those callers who do nothing but listen.

A quick and dirty is to have the customer read the menu out twice while they are recording ccr path 0.

that's exactly what I have done for a few places, you wouldn't know unless you stayed on the phone and listen.

Like stated above you can use the repeat key and you have to say in your home menu recording i.e. to hear this menu again press 8 or whatever it may be. If the caller doesn't press anything though it will still go to the main/general mailbox unless you disable that feature.

Thanx all
I am going to try the "read the menu out twice while they are recording" response, I like that idea.
Again thanx all for your input.
