We had a client who tried to change their own voice mail menu options and ended up erasing all of their choices. When our tech arrived on site he could not change the paths for CCR tree 1. The system responded path not available. So he set them up on CCR tree 2 and everything worked fine except that the volume of the greeting and menu choices that the caller heard was noticably lower. Is there any way to adjust this and what happened to the paths in CCR tree 1.
