CCR tree not accepting input

Hello Everyone,
I had to make changes to our CCR tree yesterday and now it is not accepting input. It play but will not accept any of the choices like press #1 to schedule an appointmet.

Here is what I did.
disabled tree
removed path 5 (Info voice mailbox)
rerecorded Home Menu path 0
Enabled tree

It has been a while since I had to do anything on these. What am I forgetting?

I thinking that maybe instead of just rerecording your
home menu, you erased it then rerecorded it. When you erase
the home menu you lose all your choices.

Double check it is enabled? and that it was the right tree enabled?
When going back into CCR programming it will tell you if it is disabled soon as you neter Tree:X 1 in most cases.

Is this a CP, NAM, or Flash? With the CP, logging in via PC, you'll be able to see that the rest of the paths are built.

If NAM or Flash, navigate through your tree's paths to make sure they're still there, and programmed correctly.

Reboot if all else fails.
