Hello, I have a MICS 7.1 with a FiberNAM 4.1, and I was wondering if there was a way I could set the system to automatically change ccr's by time of day, like you can do with a call pilot.
We have different paths set in each tree:
tree 1 - path 3 goes to tech support hunt group, path 4 goes to customer service hunt group
tree 2 - path 3 goes to tech support hunt group, path 4 goes to customer service's VM
tree 3 - path 3 dials an external number, path 4 goes to customer service's VM
we use tree 1 from 9am-6pm, tree 2 from 6pm-10pm, and tree 3 from 10pm-9am. We've been manually changing the ccr tree daily, and I was hoping there is a way to automate this.
