CCR Tree Adding Xfers to a Menu

havnt programmed through a phone in quite sometime.

I need to modify Tree 1 and Path 1 (menu) so that i can have 3 int xfers under path 1.. What am I forgetting to do I can not seem to add anything to path 1.. Any help would be great thank you much

In order to change a CCR tree via telset, you must disable it 1st. Then when setting up a path from a submenu, you must include the sub menu number. In this case, option 3 under menu 1 would be path 13.

So im going in to CCD Admin

Choose Tree 1, Change

Choose Path 1

Says Menu Info Othr

I hit Menu and record Primary Prompt

Then Next and it comes up path

I hit 1 and it brings me to Menu (Chng erase ok) all that allows me to do s change the recording..

You need to hit 13, then press ok.

As dwpoole said, if you see "tree enabled" when you get into CCR Admin, then you first need to disable that tree in your tables.

CCR Tree's are easy. Remember, the PATH number is the same digits the caller will eventually press to get to that location.

Example: Press 1 for sub-menu, press 2 for another sub-menu, press 5 for transfer to ext XXX. This would be path 125.
