BCM50 - Rel 2 - Version 2.0.2.05e

I'm trying to delete 2 voice mailboxes from CallPilot Manager GUI but the system says mailbox cannot deleted as it is being used in CCR tree 100. I can't find nor access CCR tree 100. Only 1 - 99 can be seen in the CCR tab.

I also tried to delete the mailboxes from Telset administration (F983) but once again the system won't let me since it is in use in tree 100. Again from Telset Admin, I tried to access tree 100 but that is not possible as the system does not accept more than 2 digits.

I tried to reboot the BCM but no difference. Still can't delete the mailboxes.

I thought that tree 100 might be a workspace tree like tree 5 was in the old days of Flash VM but cannot find any documentation to corroborate this.

Does anyone know how to access or remove CCR Tree 100 to free up the 2 mailboxes so I can delete them?

(system is not nearby so any suggestions provided may require some time to attempt.)

Thank you in advance for any assistance or suggestions provided.

If I recall you have no choice but to make a case with ITAS, they will walk you through via Putty with password of the day and navigate to a folder to rename some files that were incorrectly created for an unknown reason.

Do yoiu have the latest patch? This is from the readme file for BCM050.R200.SU.System.015-200907

3. This update DOES NOT remove CCR Tree 100. Update allows Telset user to delete the CCR tree 100 after application. Removal of CCR Tree 100 is manually performed after applying the update as follows:

1. Using f983, login with Telset user ID and Telset password to access CallPilot Admin
2. Once accessed to Admin menu, select the "OTHR" (Other) Soft Key
3. Soft Keys should update and display "CCR" (Custom Call Routing)Soft key, select the CCR Soft Key
4. While accessing CCR Admin, select the "ADMIN" (Administration)Soft Key
5. When display shows "CCR tree:", enter 100 on Telset dial pad
6. Telset display should show; "Tree:100", if so depress the digit 8 on the dial pad.
7. Display update should show; "Delete tree 100?", and Soft Keys marked "YES" and "NO"
8. Select the "YES" Soft key to delete CCR tree 100

Mailboxes previously referencing CCR Tree 100 in error can now be deleted via CallPilot Manager GUI or Telset.

Thanks PhoneTech.

The system does not have the latest patched. I have that patch but did not read the entire Readme file so I was not aware of that fix.

Let you know how this turns out.

The patch fixed it. Contact was able to get rid of ccr 100 after loading the patch.

Many thanks to Phonetech for the help. STAR
