CCR Transfer

We are trying to setup transferring to an external number from the callpilot auto attendant.

Its asking for a line pool #. However our line pools are A, B and C.

As we have it set now for some reason it calls the Line 1 of the phone ssytem rather then the oustide cell # we have programmed.

What am I doing wrong?

Try entering under your line pool: 1 for Line Pool A.
What type of lines are you using from the CO?

Are you on site now? Did you try putting 1 in where it asks for the Pool #?

I asked the question about the lines, because sometimes you can program in where you have the number to be dialed a # or a 9 + the telephone number to use the same line out so you don't use up 2 lines when making the external transfer.

Yeah we tired putting one and like I said it ends up calling our line one.

I'm really stumped.
