problem with BCM 400 auto-attendent, when trying to divert call off site via a transfer node, getting message - "ROUTING RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THIS CALL ARE BUSY" the call is then returned to auto-attendent.

System is a BCM 400 s/w 4.0.2.03

Patches loaded:-
BCM.R400.SU.DESKTOP.099-200809
BCM.R400.160-SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT
BCM.R400.SU.SYSTEM.014-200809

Lines are PRI
VM has 6 channels

Any suggestions appreciated.

If its not broke tweak it..

not sure what you mean by that ?

If its not broke tweak it..

Did you made sure that all VM ports had access to the Pri?

transfer outside and yes vm ports have access to blocA

If its not broke tweak it..

Can the receptionnist transfer an external incoming call to that same external destination you programmed in your ccr node?

hmmm not tried that will give it a go

If its not broke tweak it..

did you allow redirect on the vm ddn, or how many PRI lines do you have it takes 2 to transfer out...,and did you chose route in your external transfer and add 9??? bbb

Hmm strange one this...

We set-up remote access on this so i could dial in today

Upon testing the problem again it worked first time..

this could mean 1 of 2 things

CCR tree was corrupt in some way or

Modifying the Wan resources for remote access has kicked something into working correctly

Thanks for the suggestions

If its not broke tweak it..
