Hi,

I have CCR 7 running with One-X Portal.

From the supervisor view I can enable/disable hunt-groep
membership/DND by clicking on an agent and clicking the appropriate setting.

Is there a way to see the huntgroep-membership enabled/disabled status in supervisor view? Or any other view?

In other words, how can I find out which agents have their huntgroep membership enabled/disabled?

I think it's possible with the softconsole but I'd like to avoid another piece of software if possible.

Thnx in advance for your input.

You must add the field in to the supervisor view for the agents.

Sorry peter,

Could u explain that?

I can only change the settings that way, I can't view them.

On the left there is a little arrow (top)
Open it and change the view for the agents.
It is the option "Agent logged on" or "Agent present"

In which Agent Present means membership disabled?

I am not sure which one it is but one of those two will show you when an agent logged in as an agent.
Just put them both in and see what happens when they login.

Agent present means the agent is logged in on their phone but their membership of that particular hunt group is currently disabled.

Tragically there is no statistic that shows the number of agents set to "Hunt group enabled". For that you need to use System Status.
The single best statistic to figure out if more agents need to log in is "Agents Available". It points out the number of agents available to answer a call in the huntgroup. However, an agent can be enabled in the group, but still not "Available" due to different reasons. You have to use all the "Agent" statisics and be good at math to get a somewhat of a proper idea of the need for more agents to log in to the group. I really hope for a better solution in future releases.

thank you sagbab for truely understanding my problem ;)

That's exactly the same conclusion I came to.
The logged on/available/present paradox.

Customer wants to know who is disabled for a group so they can beat them with a stick if necessary.

Next install will definitely be Xima,
for now however i'm stuck with CCR
