CCR Supervisor and Wallboard licence issue...again

Hi all,
Getting my ass kicked by this stupid issue again, every day the customer comes in and goes to login Supervisors or wallboards we get the following:

The specified account cannot currently be licensed. System licenses are: Supervisor (0)

The specified account cannot currently be licensed. System licenses are: Wallboard (0)

they do logoff before closing the explorer window, well the supervisors do (you can't with wallboard) and they are in the habit now of clearing the application/event logs but it still needs system/server reboots before the licences show despite all services being Green and connected etc

Any ideas, there seems to be no rhyme or reason for this, before I attempt the laborious process of getting Avaya involved :)

What OS is used and what ipo software ?

Ha, I forgot the basics... latest everything IPO 500 v2, R6, CCR 1.2 etc Server 2003 all prerequistes installed/met as per docs, no firewalls running, IE 8 as browsers. Works fine come in next day off/can't get licences. I have seen the same issue on our demo kit it's hard to pin down what's happening :)

I seriously thinking CCR just isnt ready yet. its a pile of steaming poo.

I have the same thing

according to CCR im not connected to the IPO but the status is all green.

but the wall board is working.

my problem is my supervisor cant see the queues, yet the wall board does.

cool eh?

 
And yes I added the exceptions even though the fw is off :)

Funny thing, I can Dial in over ISDN and log onto the CCR server as a wallboard agent...it take a while to load mind :) What the hell is going on :)

Thought that was an issue with CCR and server 2003 but i can not find it back.

This is the only thing i can find:

CQ91272 Server 2003 always indicates the RTCE service has failed to start
when machine is rebooted

That is rather "Sledgehammer to fix a squeek" though. I hope it doesn't come to that :)

I had it first running on 2008 and now on 2003 but it still works fine.

If you reboot the server but leave the system running (this forces the issue to happpen), can you then login no problem with Sup/Wall :)

Have to try it.
I never reboot just one.

No problems with that.
I have rebooted it twice today without that specific problem.

I got this error after an upgrade to 1.2.2.78

The specified account cannot currently be licensed. System licenses are: Supervisor (0)

I just forgot to put back the user name and password in the switch admin pane and then the costumer was able to login normaly.

but I still have a sql communication issue
 
That is the only thing have had.
A reboot fixed it.

That CCR I installed recently has been swithed off, Avaya specced it up for them etc we installed it all but they were amazed how limited it was in comparison to CCC for reports and stats available for the wallboard etc. They loved the ease of coniguration and wallboards looked snazzy but that novelty soon wore off, that'll teach them to "Try before you buy" :)

I had the same problem over here and this is the problem

This is a bug MRDB00043421 -Unable to log on a CCR Supervisor using the Advanced Edition license fixed in SP_RELEASE_3Q10_CCR release.

I have ordered this license
229443 IPO LIC R6 CUSTMR SVC SPV 1 TRIAL € 0,04

And now its working
