Hi,

Does any one know about stable version of Avaya CCR software? I had issues usign version 1.2.2 when the status of the agents were not updated. This issue was corrected by Avaya's engineer just updateing some DLLs. Now we have a new problem with reports. Some calls does not appear on reports. The numeber of calls presented in Resume Reports does not match with calls presented in Detailed Report.

The system is structured as: The calls coming to IPO, the IPO sends call to VmPro (here exists a complex flow, using voice question box and others) and at the end, the calls goes to the Hunt Group where agents receive.

When I try to extract report by Queue, the number of calls are one. When I try by DID, the number changes and does not match with previous.

Does any one know if the version 6.1 is stable? Can I believe that all my troubles are solved?

thanks..

Cesar

Whrn you use a 1.2 version use the latest 1.2 version.
You can not use the 6.1 version.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hi, tlpeter

Now I'm using IPO version 5.0.18 and CCR 1.2.2.78.

Because of many issues I want to upgrade all the system to 6.1 and use the latest version of CCR for 6.1 IPO version.

This latest version of CCR is stable?

depends by what you mean stable.

I think the later versions are more reliable, but they still have issues.

CCR is a pain in the a$$ we have a ongoing case with avaya with reports not matching up that they have now been working on for 6-8 weeks. They have asked us to try things that we have alredy tryed nd it is getting to the stage where a avaya engineer will be comming to the site. We now have a angry customer with 4 call centers that dont work properly that is looking to rip the lot out
