CCR Replacement

Hi all,

My company is looking to have some more agents logged by CCR but due to the cost of around £2000 and the various issues we have had with CCR, is there any product out there which does better for that cost?

We need reporting/stats and live wallboards. I previously looked into Oak but they suggested a cost of £5000 with Chronicall being £3000.
We have 50 staff all with phones but only need to log the calls of 20-25.
