CCR Question

How do I program a path on a ccr tree to go to an external number using a PRI.

same way as a line. just use route.- whats seems to be the problem

I have a route set up using 9 in the destination,
but when i go to the path and under xfer then ext i enter the phone number then i select pool 1 but it does'nt work i guese because there is no defined pool.

Agree with bkrite use ROUTE not POOL if you have the software that don't say Route. Then you can use a pool that does not exist (your not using) and in the dial out nuimber put your Desti Code then phone number.

It doesn't give you an option for route the software version is 4.0 and this also affects message notification.

you can fool the system by using pool 1
then dial 9 if telco requires it
