CCR Programming 1

I have a user at a remote site and they have CCR tree. It's enabled with tree one, but I don't know how to change the main recording and the sub-menu recording below it, can any one help? The set up and operation guide is a little confusing...Thanks.

ya first you disable the tree then you make changes then you save the tree as the one you disabled then you reenable the tree...if that dont help call a vendor

Ok, Just in case the vendor asks for a lot of money then try this:
F983 login
AA
TABLE
1
OK
NEXT (until you reach CCR TREE: 1 )
CHNG
DISABLE

THEN PRESS * * TO GO BACK TO THE MAIN MENU

PRESS OTHER
CCR
ADMIN
1
CHNG
PATH 0
REC (to change the recording)
.
.
.
PATH 1 (to add a CCR)
.
.
Then go back to the 1st step and enable the tree (choose tree 1)

If this doesn't help then you need to call the vendor.
