CCR personalize report for outbound call and high traffic in a day

Hi

One of my custumer would like to have some report for the number of call when the agent call outside.
I'm looking to it and do some report but i don't know how to do this asking. I found the time for outbound call but not how many call and the agent is not log also.

Do somebody know how to do this kind of report and also in a day most important traffic. I try to look about it but i don't find. Is it possible to do it ?

Easy, get a Xima Chronicall license, they hand out trials.

The hours you spend on twisting the CCR to do something you want it to, and get the correct numbers, ain't worth it.

Is it the solution to have the most important traffic of the day with the CCR ? There's nothing else ? I mean i could not programm a report the volumn of the traffic for a huntgroup without this ?
 
Tried talking you out of spending a lot of time on a report that will not work as well as you'd like.

I get the feeling CCR is much hated or people get kick backs from Xima...

That being said CCR is meh

No I don't sell Xima but maybe I should..

CCR can be tricky and expensive.

Never heard of any kickbacks, but there are some fans on the forum.
In general Xima is easy to install, easy to configure and spits out credible reports.

Yeah, I suppose maybe I need to take a look a bit more seriuosly.

I hear Oak has just launched a new one specific for IP Office also.

Apart from Xima, any other companies that offer call center software that works with Avaya IP office?
 
For information, i found the sample report (Sample Report - CDR Grouped by date and time, 15 minute intervals) and i could have all the details of call specially the time of day).
But I could not do it in graphical (chart) I don't know what kind of information to put into the "value" "categories groups" and "series groups"

If somebody knows it's great if not it's ok too.
