CCR Performance. Its a pig.......

Has anyone managed to sort out the performance of CCR when running reports that contain a lot of Data.

Say - 60 agents, 2000 calls / day and a months call reports (Summary, Details, and worst of all - report cards)

These monthly reports take hours and hours and sometimes never.

I'm no SQL expert and I've tweaked what I can.

Im going to have to create several instances of the same report just with fewer agents I suspect.

"Report Generation Exceeded time limits. Please try again at off-peak time."

So it is a build in feature
It is too busy handling those 2000 calls.
I really think it is a lot for the ipo.

Got the exact same issue with an 80+ agent call centre, Monday mornings are the worst when all 10 supervisors login and run reports from the previous week... It just doesn't work.

The rest of the week reports can take 10 minutes or more, not good especially when 1/2 the stats are wrong anyway!

Almost the exact same spec, 3ghz Quad Core, 8gb memory, SQL 2008, Win 2008 64-bit...

Guys i underatand your problems!!!
But when they build reports every monday morning then thus should be done automatically anyway.
Let it send it by email or to a printer on a saterday night or so.
Again i understand and it should work.
