CCR or NOT!!!!!!

We have a cusyomer who is due to havr CCR installed but heard many bad things about this product. Im due to look at Chronicall this week but can anyone suggest another product for comparison to CCR?

I have used Call SWEET! Live from Datel and had success. They have done a good job supporting my customers as well.

I would say "Not", CCR is a bit like a naughty child at school, it can work quite well if watched and you will need to correct it at frequent intervals but it will never be top of the class
