Hello,
I setup a CallPilot 100 with 10 mailboxes. It is setup as NVM. I was wondering if you could setup the CCR tree the same way as a Flash? Feature 983--> Log--> Other-->CCR-->ADMIN-->or do you have to use the morning, afternoon and evening CCR trees that are in programming? If I remember correctly I don't remember seeing where you can disable the tree like you can with a Flash.
Dmac,

I believe the NVM setting only affects the user interface, not the programming of the CallPilot. Selecting the CallPilot interface allows the user to access more features.

On the CallPilot 150, you can use the same or a different greeting and the same or a different tree for each of the four times of day: morning, afternoon, evening and non-business hours.

You may disable voicemail with a single checkbox under System Properties.

The web interface makes it very easy to program, much easier than using a digital station.

Hope this helps...

Dmac,
Set up the CCRs exactly the same as Flash... just use the same tree in each of the time slots. Works fine. If using the GUI, you don't need to disable the tree to make changes. Disabling the CCR in CP is the same as Flash but you do it four times... Morn Aft, Eve and NonB.

Cheers
PhM

Thanks everybody,
This really helps I wasn't sure where to disable the tree so changes could be made. I wish I had more time for setup I would of used the GUI. First CallPilot install.
Dmac,
