ccr not starting

we have a win 2003 server running ccr and have a strange problem all was working fine untill we changed the ip address of the server now the ccr will not let us log on we get the ccr admin logon page but it stops there?? any ideas? we are running the latest version of ccr

I would take a look in to the sql database.
You could also try a reinstall and repair the installation.
You can not just change the ip address of the server when you use a database which needs the ip address.
