Hi All
CCR8.1 latest with custom report builder, not sure if this is possible but you know the way CCR shows lost calls per queue, etc, even though you set the threshold as X seconds, it still shows the lost calls, as the calculation into the Grade of Service is only affected by this. So my question is, is there any way to only show lost calls per group that are genuine lost calls?

SQL query of Avaya CCR is kind quirky, in one release it worked and it will not on the next release. In relation with your question, you may opt to export it to EXCEL file and do the manipulation from there, or very unlikely, go to your MSSQL server and open the database yourself and find the related query and fixed it.
 
Thanks Cruzades, excellent and simple solution to just use excel. why didn't I think of that:) Have a pink, well deserved....
