Hi All
CCR8.1 latest with custom report builder, not sure if this is possible but you know the way CCR shows lost calls per queue, etc, even though you set the threshold as X seconds, it still shows the lost calls, as the calculation into the Grade of Service is only affected by this. So my question is, is there any way to only show lost calls per group that are genuine lost calls?
