I'm trying to setup a CCR Tree.

How do I set it up so that calls can be transfered to a DN, or a Hunt Group, and when that Hunt Group doesn't answer a CCR Tree / AA answers?

How do I do this so I don't waste an outgoing line??

Right now, i have the CCR Tree setup as: Press 1 for Service, Route; 9,555-1234

If you want an inbound PSTN call forwarded back out to the PSTN, it will ALWAYS use a second line.

That's the nature of the beast.

That’s tricky, but you can use a phantom DN and assign all exts. that you want to ring as an answer DN for that ext. Then go into the CCR tree and point the path at that DN. Then go to that set in programming and set the forward no answer to the telephone number for the AA/CCR greeting. Doing it this way you will still have to use two lines, because I don’t see a way to overflow a hunt group to a CCR/AA.
