Had an issue today with CCR where basically the servers (VMpro server, CCR server and PBX switch) went offline and after getting everthing back up and running all was ok again /first big phew!

however later in the day CCR starting running really sluggish not letting supervisors log in etc so scheduled a reboot for after hours so as not to cause more issues.

Server rebooted and CCR came back up and all was fine...

However logging in as a supervisor the data analyser was showing as disconnected so as per the normal I cleared the logs to see if this would give me the nice green connected status we all love.

I then notice that below in the services list there was no services.

The Webclient now will not let me in as it says there is an error

'unexpected error which has been logged' report to IPOCCR admin.

looking through the logs all I can see is that it seems to be an authentication error on the database.

'Cannot open database "AvayaSBCCRT" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'AvyaSBCCUser'.

/been a long day confused - help appriciated.

I would use SQL management studio and remove the password and put in NULL
This allowed no password.
Then I suggest to restore backup.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks. I did eventually get it working last night

Just incase anyone gets same / simular error

resetiis

restart services top to bottom in CCR

Clear event log

It then decided to work!

All green lights ! and normally there is at least one red!

Was a tiring day and one I do not want to relive.. I am starting to think that CCR is the Devils works!

It is.
I prefer Xima chronicall instead of ccr.
Much better and much more stable then ccr.
