Ok, if've found any of my other questions from the last couple of days you might spot a thread. I today installed a VMIBE card and implemented DISA with CCR (Auto attendant menu system) on our LDK100 system.
All is working well pending some tweaking of overflow timing and voice announcements with one exception:
I have set all of the DID/DISA destinations to Attendant in PGM167 but if the incoming caller doesn't make a response (e.g. they don't have a touch tone phone) then the CCR doesn't "overflow" to the attenent, it simply times out (giving system message 074 I assume) and then replays the VMIB announcement (in this case 001). I have set 9 to go to the Attenant in the CCR table and included this in the voice announcement but it is not entirely satisfactory? What have I done wrong with PGM167?
Also, when people call a station at night for example when DISA is allowed but they want to leave a personal message on a partiular station (assuming they know the station number), how do I set a system wide divert to voicemail rather than each station having to set their own forward? I have set Auto Forward to VMIB in PGM113 and Forward to VMIB timer (PGM181) is set to something sensible I think but this doesn't seem to work: I call my own extension and it rings, VM announces that the station isn't answering, it continues to ring and then goes silent!
Any ideas? Really appreciate the resource that this site is - hope I can pay it forward soon.
