I need some advice with CCR.Basically I want to run a call report from the beginning of 2011 but the current database only goes far back to Sept 11'. When I run the report before this I just get 0 values. It looks like the oldest data has been deleted due to reaching the maximum limit of 4GB. There are backups done on a monthly basis. I would like to restore one of these to pull off the stats but I'm not sure how I go about this or whether it's safe.
