CCR cant connect with IPO V 500

Hai Team

I want to ask about CCR R 7.0
I was install CCR in virtual server ( Win Server 2008 R2 ) and MS SQL Express without problem but CCR and IPO still cant connect.
I cant find the problem.
Please Help for problem solving this case

After install CCR

The indication lamp is green but state still disconnected

After a few seconds the indication lamp is red

I would uninstall it, reboot, and start again. Issues with CCR like this can take years off your life.
Ensure you follow the documentation to the letter when reinstalling.

Check the event logs also but as hairless said it can take years off you.

I had hair and was only 21 when I started looking at CCR... I'm now Bald and 38..

I started looking at CCR about a year or two ago... It ages you!
