Hi
I have a simple CCR setup.
1 CCR hunt group with 7 CCR agents.
Wallboard shows way too many calls waiting ie., shows 38 calls waiting when system status shows only 4 calls coming in.
Is there any config I need to change on the hunt group or the system? or is this a Known Issue
Calls are coming in on a PRI and users have 9620 IP phones.
