Be sure you have everything like SQL server, dotnet upgrades
Be sure you have a windows 2003 server and have 2 GB ram memory !!!

If you mean the highest group number then no
No need any more for that
You need to check the option CCR agent for the users and check it for the group you want reporting for

With the EI you actually needed several .NET versions (according to the install doc). In the real world Avaya figured out, and is reflected in the CI install doc that you only need .NET 3.5, SQL Express 2005, J# etc. The entire install process shouldn't take you more than 20-30min.
