CCR Agent time card report 1

CCR 7.0.6.6

Agent Time card report - Generated via scheduler by a supervisor.

For some Agents it shows Shifts - Lunch - Breaks + all call stats

For other Agents it only shows Lunch + Breaks + call stats however there is no Shift time.

Agents are in the same hunt groups same user rights profiles.
I have tried removing some Agents from user rights group however this still has no effect.

It also displays a group summary after the agents but does not list which group that is for.

Any help appriciated.

Just in case anyone esle has this issue.

I found out that the shift time for an agent is generated by the agent logging in and out. The Agents in this case were logging in/out outside of the time frame for the report.

Report time window 9:00-17:00
Agents logs in at 08:50 - logs out at 17:30
Shift for the Agent shows as 00:00:00

Report time window 08:00-18:00
Agents logs in at 08:50 - logs out at 17:30
Shift for the agent shows as 08:40:00

You would think that the system would report them as doing a full 8 hours as they were logged in for the full 8 hours of the report as it does for the hunt group time but no it gives a big fat zero !!

Working as intended...
