CCR agent state stays logged out

This is driving me crazy! I have an ipo with 7.0.5 and a CCR with 7.0.2.2. The CCR agents that I have created are using 9630G phones and stay logged into the phones all the time. When they want to stop taking calls they hit a "huntgroup enable/disable" button. I have set up a supervisor in the CCR and she uses the "agent state queue" quite a bit. My problem is this, all 8 of my agents states change according to what they are doing on the phones except for one. I can't find anything different in my programming for this particular person and my tech support so far has no clue either. I am running vmware on an HP machine with 4GB of ram. On the server I have linux vmpro and one x on one vmware client and a windows server 2008 server running CCR on the other vmware client. Has anyone ran into a problem like this before?????

Thanks

Phil

At least you didn't all cap the text.

Have you tried deleting and rebuilding the user?

4Gb is not very much for two virtual servers running CCR and 1XP (forget about VMPro, that does not need much)

I recommend at least double amount for memory!!!
Did you try rebooting the IPO?
I have seen strange stuff with CCR and the IPO which where solved by a reboot.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

This has happened to me. Restart everything including the IPO first. If it is still an issue, delete the user in Manager, then restart CCR. Re-create the user.

TLP is right, you need more RAM, CCR servers (IMHO) should have 4GB all to themselves.

erm - correction - 8GB. After 12mths your reports will stop working once the SQL DB gets large.

We had some strange issues with CCR on 64 bit windows, so for us 4GB is our limit. :)

Thanks guys I will try that and let you know what happens.

Well I added more RAM to the server and I continue to have the same trouble. Any other ideas?

Hey guys, wanted to let you know that it looks like my issue is fixed. Adding the RAM definitely helped, but I also think I had some corruption in my database. I deleted the agents out of the CCR and re-created them and it all seems to be working now. Thanks for the help!

Just an update on this issue....The problem reared it's ugly head again after my tech support added some agents into the main huntgroup. I deleted the agents from the ip office database and re-programmed them. This fixed one of the three that I was having trouble with. I escalated this and another issue of my ip office just rebooting randomly to Avaya. They had me upgrade the ip office, CCR and VM Pro (linux version) to the latest software that came out in Sept, 2011. I think it was the Q3 release of software. So far, all of my problems are gone and things are running smoothly. Let you know if anything else comes up on this one. Thanks for everyone's help.
