CCR Agent Name change

One of our clients has recently changed a name of one of their CCR agents and has now lost all of the data prior to the name change.

Anyone know a way around this for future name changes?

I have just tested and all trace of a user disappears from CCR as soon as an extension is deleted.

It looks like this means extensions will have to stay in place for as long as the EU needs the CCR data.

You better switch to XIMA Chronicall, CCR has kicked the bucket.
It keeps track on everything that has happened, even name changes.
