CCR Agent License

Good Day.....

I have a client that has 10 agents, but only has 5 agents active (logged on) at any given time. Will I need to purchase 10 CCR agent licenses or can I buy only 5 licenses.

Will all the reporting be correct?

You need to enable it per user/agent.
This is from the docs:


Enables support for IP Office Customer Call Reporter agents. The license is available in 1, 5, 10, 20, 50
and 75 agent versions. Multiple license can be added to achieve the number of agents required up to the
maximum of 150 agents. One license instance is consumed for each IP Office IP Office Customer Call
Reporteragent configured on the IP Office system, regardless of whether the Agent is logged in to an
extension or to IP Office Customer Call Reporter.

that is incorrect.

the DOCs have been updated, and the licences are concurrent.

CCR Agent License is only Consumed When an Agent is Logged In

tick Correction - Updated in Customer Call Reporter Installation Manual (Issue 02g) - 16th October 2009

The installation manual incorrect stated that CCR Agent licenses were consumed by the number of CCR agents configured. That was incorrect, the licenses are only consumed by the CCR agents logged in.
