I had CCR installed on a server. Had to uninstall CCR and reinstall because the customer wanted to use a different instance of SQL then it was using. After reinstalling I was never prompted to create a admin account, the webclient brings me straight to the login page. I have tried logging in with the previous credentials, no go, also tried Administrator/Administrator. I know the install guide says if this happens to refresh the web page but that does not help either. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times now. Also completely uninstalled SQL and reinstalled. All instructions on the install guide have been followed to the T, installing IIS, ASP.NET etc... I have seen on here that others have had the same issue but none of the solutions I have read have worked. I can see the Administrator user in the SQL database with a encrypted password, I have also tried to blank out the password here but that has also not helped.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

reinstall OS seems like the only option that comes to mind. (reminds me of my first CCR, had to reinstall the server OS 3 times before I got it to work)

when you reinstall SQL, just change the directory to another folder (Data Directories tab). feedback if it works.

couple of things to try - different browser, forgot password (although uses smtp settings which may be defaulted), clear internet cache, cookies, etc.
