Hi

I know CCR is no longer supported, in fact it doesn't even run in 9.1

We have CCR running and it is no real loss as Xima is far better, since upgrading to 9.1 the CCR option in manager no longer appears.
But as we've had the option for CCR agent and group selected before the upgrade, I now keep getting alarms in system status and emails about CCR no working/connected and agent errors.

Any way around turning this off when the option no longer exist?!

Thanks

Oh, is that a new bug? The upgrade process didn't remove CCR from HG and users?

You can either go back down to R9.0, remove it there, then go back up
(You don't need to transfer the files to the SD, so untick that in the upgrade wizard)

Or you can rebuild the config from scratch. (This is what I would do, you get a clean start)

Kind regards

Gunnar

Yep!! I've just discovered exactly the same issue...

Took a system from IP500 V6.1 to IP500V2 R9.1... initially built the V2 at 6.1 and upgraded following the proper steps...

Now I have CCR errors showing in SSA...

Also I'm getting Errors in Manager saying my HG VM codes are too short, even if I put 15 digits in. But only for some Groups....

The same happened with Phonemanager users.
All settings are still there.
Nobody is bothered at Avaya to think about this kind of stuff.
My honest opinion is that this is not very professional at all.
So you should downgrade and then disable and remove everything that has to do with CCR and then upgrade to 9.1 again.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I didn't even check but perhaps you can export the whole IPO config as CSV and look if you can uncheck CCR options there. Than you should be able to import the changed config back to IPO.
