CCR-8 Report, when Exported to Excel. I get Error !!

Hi,

I have sucesfully setup CCR-8, i can export to PDF/MS Word and anyone documents, as I needed to Export Report in Excel, i get following Error.

Error in File 6f02e961-4ff6-4372-8244-53bdb25d5462 {F2492F8D-92A8-4D0B-93B6-34D899FDC519}.rpt: Invalid export DLL or export format.

Control Panel -> System Advanced -> "Environment Variables" button -> Go to System Variable
Select "Path" -> and press edit
Select "Variable Value" field
Go to the end of this field and enter a [;] followed by the "Path" info: c:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

I tried....but still same error.

Im using windows 7 32 bit..Sql Server 2007 Advance + CCR8

Can export to pdf/word perfectly..,....but i couldnt export into excel.

Any ohter solutions

I'm sorry it did not help but this kind of sh*t made us to turn our back to CCR.
We only use Xima and never ever again CCR, not even if Avaya gives a million support hours for free.

I understand..........but now what to do.....we have purchased and no proper support...

We just needed the solution, if any body can help us to export into excel.

Windows 7 is not support and you will need a server OS like server 2008
Also this seems to be a 32bit issue.
So reinstall the lot on a server 2008 64 bit machine and try again.
Or go for Xima (which can run on Windows 7)
