CCR 8.1(69) auto generate report failed

Dear all,

IN CCR 8.1(69) setup automatic report but failed with reason-Printing failed displayed on Last Run Tasks. Tried network printer and PDF printer result are same. Manual report generation is fine. Printer Discovery Service is running shown on administrator screen. Server is Win08SP2 64-bit OS.

Anyone can help?

Tried to turn off UAC and restarted CCR server but still not work!

UAC should be turned off while you are installing CCR and i guess it was not.
I would try a reinstall while UAC is turned off and keep it off after installing.
