CCR 7.0.22 and IPO 7.0.12
1. Avaya Report not opening (2. Status keeps changing to Red and Orange(services say disconnected)
These problems have been recuring since the upgrade from CCC & IP office 406 to CCR 7.0.22 & IPO500v2. I had at one time asked the supervisors to logout before closing the their sessions and that had helped for a while. Now Only a reset of the CCR server would clear the issues. Do i have to upgrade to the current CCR level and IPO releases to resolve these once and for all?any help and suggestions are very welcome.
3. Report not displaying Grade of Service.
4. Log in info to show what time the agent logs in and logs out
Not sure if these are related to the main issues 1 and 2 above
