CCR 7.0.22 and IPO 7.0.12 Recurring issues (iIntermittent problems)

CCR 7.0.22 and IPO 7.0.12
1. Avaya Report not opening (2. Status keeps changing to Red and Orange(services say disconnected)
These problems have been recuring since the upgrade from CCC & IP office 406 to CCR 7.0.22 & IPO500v2. I had at one time asked the supervisors to logout before closing the their sessions and that had helped for a while. Now Only a reset of the CCR server would clear the issues. Do i have to upgrade to the current CCR level and IPO releases to resolve these once and for all?any help and suggestions are very welcome.

3. Report not displaying Grade of Service.
4. Log in info to show what time the agent logs in and logs out

Not sure if these are related to the main issues 1 and 2 above

There are quite alot of bugs fixed in 7.0(31), so first thing is to get up to that.

Certainly point 4 is fixed. Earlier R7 release weren't recording the LoggedIn stat at all (unless agents were logged in when CCR was reset!!!)

when you reset CCR, make sure you clear the Apps event Log and do an IISRESET inbetween restarting the services. This does help the service status display.

Thanx jamie77, I will request a down time with the Customer. So an upgrade to 7.0(31) doesnt require upgrade Licence if I am correct? And would this upgrade to (7.0.31) fix all the issues I am having with this site?
 
can't say it will fix them all, but you would need to get that release loaded to get any joy out of Avaya anyway.

Some will go away. Some may need more monitoring.

So, guys what is the release that will best address these problems, the client does not mind paying for the upgrade(s. I need to give a best solution and have these issues ironed out once and for all.

Your help wil be grately appreciated, thanks in advance

 
Sorry, Do i have to upgrade the ipoffice to 9.0.31 or the IPO and Vmail may remain on the current software levels. Help wil be much appreciated
 
any one with a download link for ccr7.0.31
 
An IP Office engineer who doesn't know where to download the software from!!

This is not the place to find all your answers. You need to get upgraded and then look at it again and raise through your normal channels to Avaya to get a fix.

(and I would try the Avaya Support site to start with ;-) )
