CCMS sybase does not write new data

Hi all, pls help me

Suddenly my CCMS does not write any data more into sybase table (i.e there is nothing when I select * from table eCallByCallStatusxxxxxxxx) while others is normal, agents still serve the calls, realtime reports are ok...

Please give me an option to try... Thanks
 
Go to configuration - historical stats and look at the settings for call by call stats and make sure the applications you are looking for are still maked for stats collection.
 
Also make sure your not trying to keep more data than you have space fo. If you are you eventually will run into database corruption.
