CCMS services won't start

We have 4 services that will not start:

CCMS IS_Service
CCMS MAS Service Manager
CCMS RDC_Service
CCMS SDP_Service

The real time reporting in non functional at this point. We are version 6.2. Any thoughts on what we can do to get these to start. If you manually start them it returns a service can not be started error.

We had a similar problem in the past. We have installed a CA backup agent witch runs as a service and blocked the RTD services. Did you installed some third party software on the CCMS server recently?

Have your tried starting them as an Administrator?

I did patches a few weeks back the and some of my services were not stopping but instead were re-starting again on their own. Doing it as an Administrator fixed my issue.
