CCMM E-mail contacts problem - help please

Hi,

We have just moved to CCMS,CCMA,CCT6,CCMM, including CCMM agent desktop.
Voice contacts work fine.
But if an Agent has an E-mail contact opened then any next Agent is not able to logon to his desktop tool.
In this case an error message appears saying that agent is already logged on the Terminal l s c ....
It's really terrible because in this case no the next Agent can be logged on. Seems like opened E-mail contact caused some login numbers multiple or conference or ?

Every tips how to solve it would be very appreciated.

Hi Joy,

Did you see the message like "User ID XXXX is logged in to the selected terminal l s c If you continue this user will be logged out of the terminal. Are you sure you want to continue"?If so, you should map an agent with a line, and when you see the error message as mentioned just try to click OK to log out the previous agent and log in a new agent.
