We have just moved to CCMS,CCMA,CCT6,CCMM, including CCMM agent desktop.
Voice contacts work fine.
But if an Agent has an E-mail contact opened then any next Agent is not able to logon to his desktop tool.
In this case an error message appears saying that agent is already logged on the Terminal l s c ....
It's really terrible because in this case no the next Agent can be logged on. Seems like opened E-mail contact caused some login numbers multiple or conference or ?
Every tips how to solve it would be very appreciated.
